MENA GLAM Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with MENA GLAM. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're committed to providing the best possible service. Please review our updated return and exchange policy below.

Return Eligibility Products can be returned within 3 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

The product was purchased within the last 3 days.
The product is unused and in its original condition.
You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
A Return Merchandise Number (RMN) has been obtained from us.
Please note: Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy You can exchange a product for a different item or opt for a gift card. Exchanges are allowed once per order number.

Exceptions

Items purchased with a gift card or during a special promotion are not eligible for return or exchange.
Opened electronics cannot be returned or exchanged.
Due to hygiene reasons, cosmetic products (e.g., nail polish, lip liners, lipsticks, mascara, roll-ons) cannot be returned or exchanged.
A maximum of 2 items per customer can be purchased from the same offer or bundle.
Damaged Items If you receive a damaged product, please notify us right away. The item must be sent to our warehouse for inspection and approval by our Quality Control team. Once approved, we will process an exchange. Shipping costs for damaged item exchanges will be covered by MENA GLAM.

Return Process To initiate a return, please contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) via email at: Refunds@Menaglam.com.
Once you have the RMN, send the product, along with your receipt and proof of purchase, to the following address, specifying whether you'd like an exchange or a gift card:

Shipping Charges Return shipping costs are non-refundable, with a $3.50 fee applicable (daily rate may vary). Customers are responsible for shipping costs and assume the risk of loss or damage during transit, both to and from MENA GLAM.
Note: A third exchange for any order will incur additional charges.

Sale Items Sale items are eligible for refunds.
