MENA GLAM Return & Exchange Policy


Thank you for shopping with MENA GLAM. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're committed to providing the best possible service. Please review our updated return and exchange policy below, notting that all of our products are original, curated from direct trusted sources and official sources  .

Return & Refund Eligibility: 

Products can be returned or replaced within 14 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is sealed, unused and in its original condition and packaging as received.
  • The product was received different, defected or damaged and reported immediately after being received to our team.
  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The same order had no previous exchange requests, noting a request is eligible to include multiple items or complains.
  • A Return Merchandise Number (RMN) has been obtained from us after internal inspection and approval of return.
  • Please note: Returns that do not meet earlier conditions will not be accepted.

Exceptions

  • Opened electronics cannot be returned or exchanged if it has no manufacturing defects.
  • If item was a part of a Buy one get X discount or a bundle you must return/exchange the full offer or bundle and full bundle must be in original state neither opened nor used.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) via email at: Refunds@Menaglam.com.
  • Once you have the RMN, send the product, along with your receipt and proof of purchase specifying whether you'd like an exchange or a gift card, and we will initiate a return pickup from our shipping partner.
  • Inspection and approval may take 1 -2 weeks to get an approval or rejection, upon approval a refund or exchange will be initialized.
  • All Shipping & Return costs are non-refundable with an average of 100-150 EGP fee applicable to be conducted from your full amount incase of a return caused by a change of interest
  • If a return is caused due to product issue from our side or one of our partner brands, we cover the shipping, exchanges and returns costs. 

Refund Notes:

  • Accepted refunds will be paid in same amount paid after concluding any applicable shipping and returns costs.
  • if order was originally in free shipping due to an offer or cart amount, Mena Glam has the full right to decide on deducting the shipping & returns original costs or not.
  • Accepted refunds paid online will be returned to the original payment method.
  • Accepted refunds paid in cash will be returned through a wallet or bank account transfer or through store credit or a gift card.
  • Accepted refunds paid through a gift card are eligible only for a gift card or store credit as a refund.
  •  Refund will take average of 14 days to reflect to be reflected to your account.
