Please note that MENA GLAM's official business days are from Sunday to Thursday. Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays are non-working days for all employees of MENA GLAM and our shipping partners.

Our primary goal is to provide you with the best online shopping experience. We’ve made the shipping process simple and convenient because your satisfaction is our priority.

MENA GLAM primarily handles deliveries through third-party shipping providers to ensure your order reaches you promptly.

Delivery Time:
Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location. 

Delivery Cost:
Calculated based on city at checkout with a maximum of 120 EGP
And shipping is free for orders above 1500 EGP 
Note: Products out of stock and labeled as pre orders take up to 20 working days to be delivered
